I am very proud to be the Executive Headteacher of Bonneygrove and Millbrook Primary Schools. Our children and adults work in harmony in all aspects of school life.

I know that selecting a school for your child can be a daunting process, and I realise how important it is to trust the people who care for your child each day. Each staff member is dedicated and will always go the extra mile to ensure every child is valued, inspired, kept safe, engaged, and ultimately has the best educational experience possible.

Our Primary Federation takes pride in its high expectations of behaviour and attitudes to learning, ensuring each child reaches their full potential. Our creatively linked curriculum provides the critical reading, writing, and mathematics skills, understood and explored in a broader context. This unique curriculum is further enriched by offering workshops, imaginative and creative curriculum days, school trips, and personalised learning where appropriate.

At both of our schools, we take pride in our unique environments. Situated on well-positioned sites, our schools offer ample outdoor green spaces for children to explore. We are fortunate to have our own wooded areas, specifically developed to enhance our children's outdoor learning experiences.

Our federation believes in the power of partnerships. We welcome parents and carers as active partners in their children's education. We understand that the most effective way for children to learn is through relationships with parents and teachers built on trust, honesty, and mutual respect. Our primary goal is to foster an environment where our children can flourish and be proud of their achievements.

Our governors are part of our extended family and always make positive decisions that benefit our children and families. All our governors aim to promote the highest standards of educational achievement, behaviour, safeguarding and financial acumen - each brings additional skills and knowledge to their role, contributing to the growth and development of the school and seeing tangible improvements in the attainment and well-being of every child.
